Website Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 29 October 2026
These terms govern use of this website only. They do not create a construction contract. Any work is subject to a separate written quotation, specification and contract.
1. About us
This website is operated by B&J CONSTRUCTIONS LTD (company number 15554557), registered office at 65 Woolley House, Loughborough Road, London, England, SW9 7EJ (“B&J”, “we”, “us”).
2. Website content
Descriptions, indicative prices and timings are general information, not a binding quotation or guarantee. Images may be illustrative and are not necessarily completed B&J projects. Scope, materials, exclusions, price and programme must be confirmed in writing.
3. Enquiries and contracts
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or guarantee availability. Before work starts, the parties must agree written terms, including scope, payment schedule, programme, permissions, exclusions and responsibilities.
4. Changes and delivery
Changes to scope, materials or specification may affect price and timing and should be agreed in writing before changed work proceeds, except where the contract or an emergency provides otherwise. Project responsibilities for access, surveys, permissions, utilities and site conditions must be agreed for each project.
5. Payments, cancellations and delays
Deposits, stage payments, cancellation, delay, suspension, completion and warranties depend on the project agreement and applicable law. Consumer statutory rights, including applicable distance or off-premises contract rights, are not excluded where the law does not permit this.
6. Workmanship and complaints
Any workmanship commitments, snagging arrangements, warranties and complaint process will be set out in the relevant agreement or supplied separately. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.
7. Website use and intellectual property
You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. Website content, branding and design may not be commercially copied without permission, except where permitted by law. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access or introduce malicious code.
8. External links and availability
Third-party links are provided for convenience; we do not control their content. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability.
9. Liability
Nothing excludes or limits liability where unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or rights that cannot be excluded by law. Website information is general and not a substitute for project-specific advice or a written contract.
10. Privacy
See our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law and contact
These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections. A working contact email must be added before launch.
